You’re ready to take your trip of a lifetime but you’re unsure about how to book on our website? No worries, we’re here to guide you through all the steps of the process. Fasten your seatbelt, and let us take you to the sky!
Step 1. On the homepage, you can filter our broad range of events by entering a location, your preferred dates of travel or the festival you would like to attend. If you don’t know yet what festival you want to attend, please browse our categories and/or upcoming festivals section. There sure is at least one event which matches your liking and tastes in music!
Step 2. Once you have found your dream festival, click on the “book now” button. You will then be able to choose your package, your departure and return dates, country of residence, currency, departure airports and number of participants.
Step 3. You are now able to choose your festival tickets. Festivals usually offer passe-partout tickets, 1-day tickets and tickets for extra events (such as after-parties).
Step 4. Do you have preferred departure and return flight times? Or do you wish to fly with a specific airline? We offer you the possibility to choose between a wide selection of flights available from the departure airport(s) of your choice.
Step 5. Choose your accommodation. Our built-in map allows you to see the exact location of the hotels we offer. In case you have specific requirements, please use the filters at the top of the map to narrow your search.. Once you have found what best suits your needs, click on the hotel name.
Step 6. Choose your room type. If breakfast is included, this will be clearly indicated.
Step 7. Select the amount of checked luggage your party will travel with.
Step 8. Complete the full details of all passengers travelling as well as the full details of the lead person booking the trip.
Step 9. Complete the address details of the lead person booking the trip.
Step 10. Select your method of payment. You will then be moved to the secure payment environment. After you paid for your trip, you will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment via email.
A secure payment
Online payment at Festlane is simple and secure. The Festlane payment system is secured via Verisign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SET (Secure Electronic Transaction), and takes place on a secure server. Your payment and banking information will not be stored.
After your booking
Immediately (within minutes) after completing your booking you will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment via email. This confirmation also shows all flights, hotels and any extras added to your booking. No later than on week prior to the event you will receive your travel documents by email. This will contain information such as:
- Confirmation of the flight instructions in order to check in online or at the airport
You will receive via email the reference number of your flight tickets, along with instructions on how to check in online or at the airport in order to receive your e-tickets. All tickets are in your name, which must match your passport or national ID card details.
- Confirmation of your hotel reservation
You will receive a booking reference and vouchers. You can also check in at the hotel upon presentation of your passport (if necessary you can also show the vouchers).
- Confirmation of your festival tickets
Unless specifically stated during the booking process, you will receive your festival tickets at your home address (or at the address provided by you at the time of booking). In some cases, your tickets will be sent to your hotel. If that is the case, you will be notified at the time of booking.
- Emergency numbers which you can use to reach us during your trip
In the unlikely event that you have an urgent question for us whilst you are away we have two emergency number at your disposal, 24 hours a day, where we can be reached.
- Route description from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the festival site
